World Health Day: Remember To Be Kind To Yourself

This week we’re celebrating World Health Day 2021 and we couldn’t ignore the effect that the pandemic has had on mental health. That mental toll, brought about by economic, social and physical pressures, is something that Think City is working hard to alleviate though its interventions and programmes like K2K Aktif Bersama. 

We speak to Shaleen Chrisanne, a clinical psychologist based in Selangor, about communities at risk, the issues they face, as well as simple steps we can all take to rebuild relationships as we move into this near post-pandemic phase.
